Tuna salad made with salsa-type veggies and plain, non-fat yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicey Tuna Salad

4 oz Tuna
3 tbs Plain Yogurt
2 tbs Tomatoes, diced
1 tbs Jalepeno Peppers, diced
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper

Recipe Directions for Spicey Tuna Salad

  1. Open and drain tuna and place in mixing bowl

  2. Add tomatoes, peppers and onions if desired

  3. Add spices to taste

  4. Add yogurt for moisture

  5. Mix well and serve alone, with crackers or on toast
