Can substitute shrimp or salmon for chicken. I use chipolte seasoning and red chili powder mostly. Tastes great using curry powder instead.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicey Chicken Stir Fry

124 g broccoli florets, raw
114 g chicken breast, boneless and skinless
90 g sliced mushrooms, raw
70 g chopped yellow pepper, raw
72 g sliced yellow squash, raw
35 g chopped green pepper, raw
35 g chopped red pepper, raw
30 g chopped onion, raw
5 g minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Spicey Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Spray wok with non-stick cooking spray and put on stovetop on med-high heat.

  2. Brown chicken till almost completely cooked.

  3. Add vegetables and stir frequently.

  4. Add favorite seasonings and continue to stir until fully coated.

  5. Add 1/8 cup water, stir, then cover to steam.

  6. Steam for 5-10 minutes depending on how cooked you prefer your vegetables.

  7. Remove from heat and serve.
