Recipe Ingredients for Spiced up baked fries

10 oz. potatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Spiced up baked fries

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Cut up potatoes in steak wedges and lay on a foil lined baking sheet sprayed with canola oil.

  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and mix in evenly with your hands.

  4. Mix the seasonings and sprinkle over the potatoes and also mix in evenly with your hands.

  5. Lay out in a single layer not touching or it will not get crispy.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes and turn over. Bake for another 10 minutes.
