Recipe Ingredients for Spiced Tomato Whiting

108 g diced green chilis
405 g Italian Peeled Tomatoes
10 3/5 g land o lakes light butter
250 g onion
1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
16 oz Pacific Whiting Fillets
2 tsp Seafood Seasoning
1/2 tsp Truvia

Recipe Directions for Spiced Tomato Whiting

  1. 1.Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the onion, then fry for 5-8 mins until lightly browned. Stir in the tomatoes, truvia, seafood seasoning, chilis and soy, then bring to the boil.

  2. 2. Simmer 5 mins, then slip the whiting into the sauce. Cover and gently cook for 8-10 mins until the whiting flakes easily. Serve with a potato, bean or rice dish!
