1 egg
4 fl oz milk, skimmed
1 tablespoon oil, sunflower
2 oz sugar
1 tablespoon mixed spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 oz wholewheat flour, strong
2 teaspoon yeast
2 oz sultanas

Recipe Directions for spiced sultana buns

place ingredients into the bread machine in the order it states in the manual on dough cycle, once dough is made turn out and need together and cut off 2 oz portions and in your hands form a ball and flatten a little on a greased baking sheet, this dough should make 8 20z spiced buns, now cover the buns with a tablecloth and allow to prove for 30 minutes, then bake in a middle pre heated oven gas mark 7 for 15 minutes.
