1 lb skirt steak
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 t ginger
1 t cardamom

Recipe Directions for Spiced Soy Skirt Steak

  1. Marinade steak in other ingredients for one hour.

  2. Preheat broiler to 500 degrees.

  3. Cook marinated steak for up to five minutes each side. Watch to ensure it does not over cook. Let cool 2 minutes and cut into fajita style strips.
