Yummy scrambled eggs on toast, with a few veggies for extra goodness. I use a whole egg, but some may perfer just the white... in which case use two!

Recipe Ingredients for Spiced Scrambled Egg.

1 egg
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp fresh ginger
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1 stalk celery, finely diced
1 mushroom, finely diced
32 grams brown bread (one slice)
1 tsp marmite

Recipe Directions for Spiced Scrambled Egg.

  1. Toast bread.

  2. Whisk egg, milk and nutmeg in a bowl.

  3. In a pan dry-fry the ginger, onion, celery and mushroom.

  4. Add egg and allow to sit before stiring to scramble.

  5. Scramble to your liking.

  6. Spread toast with marmite, and pour eggs over top.

  7. OM NOM NOM!
