120 grams Smoked Salmon
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1 tsp Paprika
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions

Recipe Directions for Spiced Salmon Parcel

  1. Mix together all your dry spices (Chili & Garlic Powder, Cumin, Coriander, Paprika, Salt, Pepper) in a small bowl with the Cider Vinegar to form a sort of paste.

  2. Rub the paste all over the salmon fillet and leave to marinade for at least 20 minutes

  3. After 20 minutes get a square of tin foil and place the fillet in the middle, adding a half slice of onion to either side before forming a parcel around the fillet, leaving a small gap to pour in two tablespoons of water to allow it to steam, before sealing fully.

  4. Place on your BBQ or Indoor Grill for around about 15 minutes (less if your grill cooks on top and below) until the fish is tender.

  5. Serve with a simple salad.
