A warm rice and lentil salad with cumin, coriander, cinnamon, and the sweetness of raisins.

Recipe Ingredients for Spiced Rice and Lentils

0.5 cup Organics Green Lentils Dry
0.5 cup Long Grain Brown Rice
1 small Onions
1 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Cumin
1 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins, Seedless
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Spiced Rice and Lentils

Cook rice with spices, add raisins toward the end so their juices are released. Cook lentils. Sautee celery and onion in oil over low heat until the onion browns. Mix everything together and eat!
