1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 small Onions
1 clove Garlic
0.75 cup Quinoa
1.5 tsp Curry Powder
0.5 tsp Cumin Seed
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
12 oz Chicken Stock
1 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned

Recipe Directions for Spiced Quinoa

cook onion and garlic in oil. quinoa, spices, chicken stock; bring to boil, then turn heat down to med. low. cover and cook until quinoa is cooked, stir in raisins and chickpeas.
