Thick lovely rich pumpkin soup with a touch of spice

Recipe Ingredients for Spiced Pumpkin Soup

250 grams Pumpkin
410 grams Watties cream corn
400 grams Butter Beans
1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)(167 g) Potatoes, Boiled
1 tsps Chilli Paste
2 Cube Chicken Stock Cubes
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 small Onions
1 serving Cooking Spray All Varieties

Recipe Directions for Spiced Pumpkin Soup

Spray pan and cook onion and chilli paste. Add chopped pumpkin (small pieces) potato. Add drained and rinsed butter beans. Boil water and add chicken stock and add. Bring to the boil and simmer until pumpkin and potato are soft and then add tin of cream corn and bring to the boil again. Blend and serve with roasted pumpkin seeds on top.
