Recipe Ingredients for Spiced Pumpkin cookies

3.67 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp Ginger, Ground
1/4 tsp Cloves, Ground
3/4 cup Pumpkin
3/4 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
2 large Egg, Whole
1/2 serving Original Apple Sauce
4 serving Molasses

Recipe Directions for Spiced Pumpkin cookies

  1. Prehest oven to 350F. Coat cookie sheets with cooking spray.

  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg in a large bowl.

  3. Whisk pumpkin, brown suger (or Splenda), eggs, apple sauce, and molasses in a second bowl until well combined. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until no trace of the dry ingredients. Drop batter by level tablespoons onto baking sheets, spacing the cookies 1 1/12 inches apart.

  4. Bake cookies until firm to the touch and lightly golden brown on top, about 10-12 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool
