1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 c oil
2 eggs
1 lb butternut squash, baked
1 1/4 c white flour
3/4 c whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c pecans, chopped
1/2 c dates, chopped

  2. add dry ingredients

  3. mix well

  4. bake 350 for 1 hr
