Recipe Ingredients for Spiced Pork Tenderloin

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp safflower oil
330 g ( 1 lb raw) pork tenderloin

Recipe Directions for Spiced Pork Tenderloin

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.

  2. Prepare pork: In a small bowl, combine cinnamon, cumin, cayenne, salt and black pepper. Brush oil evenly over pork and sprinkle with cinnamon mixture. Heat a large nonstick skillet on medium-high. Brown pork for about 4 minutes, flip over and brown for 3 more minutes. Place pork on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until barely pink in center.
