Recipe Ingredients for Spiced Pork Chops w/ Cucumber & Red Onion Salad

2 cucumbers, peeled, halved & thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. chili powder
4 pork chops

Recipe Directions for Spiced Pork Chops w/ Cucumber & Red Onion Salad

  1. 1. Prepare grill w/ non-stick spray.

  2. 2. Combine cukes, onion vinegar cilantro, 1/2 tsp. salt & 1/8 tsp. pepper in medium bowl.

  3. 3. Combine cumin, paprika, chili powder & 1/4 tsp. salt & 1/8 tsp. pepper in small bowl. Rub mixture over meat.

  4. 4. Grill meat until done.
