Recipe Ingredients for Spiced Indian Cauliflower Soup

1 potato
1 head cauliflower
1 onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon ginger
4 cups vegetable broth
1 1/4 cup yogurt

Recipe Directions for Spiced Indian Cauliflower Soup

Cook chopped potato, cauliflower and onion in oil and 3 table water til hot and boiling, turn down cook 10 minutes. Ad garlic, ginger, 2 tea gr tumeric, 1 tea cumin seeds, 1 tea black mustard seeds, 2 tea ground coriander. Stir well, cook 2 min, pour in stock, season w/pepper. Boil, simmer covered 20 min. Stir in the yogurt, season and garnish w/coriander or parsley.
