Recipe Directions for Spiced Carrots

  2. Heat a heavy skillet over medium; add olive oil, ground cumin, and cinnamon; cook for 30 seconds.

  3. Add carrots and minced garlic; turn with tongs.

  4. Add salt, cover, and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
