Eggless and oil free whole wheat muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Spiced Applesauce muffins

2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
8 tbsp Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal
2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.13 tsp Nutmeg
0.13 tsp Allspice, Ground
0.13 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/2 grams Hemp Seed

Recipe Directions for Spiced Applesauce muffins

  1. Heat oven to 375 degree.

  2. Blend all dry ingredients together. Blend all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients just until incorporated.

  4. Fill large muffin tin and bake until toothpick or knife comes out clean.
