Recipe Ingredients for Spiced Apple Sauce

3 medium (3") Apples
0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.5 tsp Cloves, Ground
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Spiced Apple Sauce

Cut apples into eights, remove core (leave skin on for extra fiber). Slice the apples thinly, then dice. Heat in a heavy bottom, non-stick sauce pan on medium low. Add spices to taste. Cook until apples are completely soft (depending on the variety, they may or may not retain their shape once cooked). Enjoy!
