Delicious, healthy pancakes, perfect for a cold fall morning. Makes 1 large, 2 medium or 3 small pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Spiced apple pancakes

1 cup, quartered or chopped Apples
1 large Egg, White
1 large Egg, Whole
1/2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 serving Weider 90% Protein Soy Isolate Protein Powder - Vanilla
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
3 tbsp Psyllium Husks
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 tsp Ginger, Ground

Recipe Directions for Spiced apple pancakes

  1. Soften chopped apples 1-2 minutes in microwave and set aside to cool.

  2. Beat eggs and milk together.

  3. Stir in dry ingredients.

  4. Stir in apples.

  5. Cook in a nonstick pan at medium-high, approximately 2 minutes per side.

  6. Top with butter and cinnamon sugar and enjoy!
