Bunch of vegetables stew together

Recipe Ingredients for Spice Vegetable Stew

850 g chopped yellow squash
480 g chopped carrots
420 g chopped red sweet peppers
425 g chopped fresh tomatoes
565 g chopped white onion

Recipe Directions for Spice Vegetable Stew

  1. Spray big-ass pot with Pam, put above stuff in layers into it, adding salt and black pepper after each layer to taste.

  2. On top add some powder Splenda (a few table spoons).. Don't overdo on Splenda, you have to find the right amount..

  3. I prefer to use a lot of pepper, and a bit more splenda so its kind of sour/sweet and very hot at the same time..

  4. This tastes a bit better if you add olive oil, but that blows up the calories.

  5. Close the pot, cook on high/medium heat until you can juices rise and boil, stirring every 5 minutes or so... If the bottom starts to burn, add some water, but usually there is enough liquid from vegetables themself.

  6. After then leave on very small heat for 40 minutes.

  7. (Yes this tastes better and easier to cook if you add some olive oil, but that blows up the calories)
