Recipe Ingredients for Spice Roasted Butternut Squash

2 tbsp Vinegar balsamic
6 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Onion Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Spice Roasted Butternut Squash

Preheat oven to 375. Cut ends off butternut squash, peel, and slice lengthwise. Mix spices, vinegar and oil to form paste. Toss with squash. Roast on baking sheet 45 min, toss once half way through baking.
