Recipe Ingredients for Spice-Roasted Almonds

1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
2 cups almonds, whole

Recipe Directions for Spice-Roasted Almonds

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium bowl combine all ingrediants and toss to coat. Transfer mixture to a 13x9x2 in baking pan.

  2. Back about 10 minutes or until almonds are toasted, stirring twice. Cool almonds completely before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to five days.
