Recipe Ingredients for Spice-encrusted Pork Chops

60 grams Cumin
2 serving Cayenne Pepper
60 grams Spices Ground Coriander
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground
6 tsp California Style Minced Garlic made from Fresh Garlic
1/2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 dash Salt, Table
8 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Bone-in

Recipe Directions for Spice-encrusted Pork Chops

  1. In large bowl combine all ingredients except for chops.

  2. Add chops and toss lightly to cover chops, then cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to allow chops to marinate.

  3. On large cookie sheet arange prok chops and bake at 350" until crisp.
