Recipe Ingredients for Spelt Vegitarian Pizza

2 cups spelt flour
1 1/2 teaspoons quick-rising yeast
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
2/3 cup warm water
1 cup broccoli
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 cup spinach
6 mushrooms
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. garlic

Recipe Directions for Spelt Vegitarian Pizza

  1. Make dough

  2. Stir first 3 ingredients together.

  3. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.

  4. Knead until smooth.

  5. Stretch to fit greased 10- or 12-inch pizza pan.

  6. Add toppings
