2 cups spelt flour
1 cup plain yogurt
2 eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup flaxseed
1 tablespoon organic butter
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for spelt raisin tea buns

  1. mix yogurt with eggs and melted cooled

  2. butter in mixer for 3-4 mins speed 2

  3. then mix dry ingredients together

  4. then mix wet into dry

  5. bake 350 degrees for approx 15 mins
