Recipe Ingredients for Spelt Flour Biscuits

1.25 Cup Spelt Flour
3 tbsp Safflower Oil, Organic
0.75 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Spelt Flour Biscuits

Place Flour, Oil, Water, and Lemon Juice in container overnight to soak. Next day, roll out mixture and sprinkle salt, baking soda and powder over the dough. Knead through until mixed in. Roll out in a rectangle and cut into about 20 square biscuits. Bake 8 minutes in 425 degree oven.
