Wholemeal Spelt Pancakes. You can substitute the buttermilk with normal milk.

Recipe Ingredients for Spelt Buttermilk Pancakes

1 cup Organic Spelt Flour
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Butter Milk
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Butter
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
20 grams Sugar Pure Cane

Recipe Directions for Spelt Buttermilk Pancakes

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. In the second bowl mix all the wet ingredients. Transfer the wet ingredients to the the dry mixture and whip till smooth. Take a pan and heat till hot. Lightly grease the pan with a little oil. Take a ladle of mixture and when pancake becomes golden on both sides, it is done.
