Soda bread made from spelt flour and soy milk. Suitable for those on wheat, gluten and diary free diets.

Recipe Ingredients for Spelt bread

600 g spelt flour
250 ml soy milk
1 tablespoon yogurt

Recipe Directions for Spelt bread

  1. Preheat oven to 230C

  2. Add 600g of flour and 1 tablespoon of bread soda into a bowl.

  3. Add the milk and yogurt.

  4. Mix until a soft slight wet dough is formed.

  5. place in over for 35 - 40 minutes.
