Recipe Ingredients for Speedy Stroganoff

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cups leftover cubed cooked roast beef
1/2 garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
4 ounces mushroom stems and pieces, drained
3 tablespoons Homemade Cream-Style Soup Mix
2/3 cup water
4 ounces sour cream
3/4 cups wide egg noodles, Cooked
1 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley

Recipe Directions for Speedy Stroganoff

  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Saute beef, garlic and onion. When onion is tender, reduce heat to low; stir in flour, salt and paprika. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in mushrooms, soup and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Fold in sour cream; heat through but do not boil. Serve immediately over noodles. Garnish with parsley.

  2. Yield: 2-3 servings.
