Recipe Ingredients for Speedy Cabbage Cury

1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seed
1 tsp Cumin Seed
1/2 tsp Turmeric, Ground
1 tbsp Coriander Leaf, Dried
1 tsp(2 g) Curry Powder
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Speedy Cabbage Cury

  1. Heat up the oil in a wok or similar pan and throw in the ginger (we use galangal), cumin and fenugreek. Stir rapidly for half a inute and then add the turmeric, coriander and curry powder, give a quick stir and spoon in the coconut milk.

  2. Stirring, bring it up to a brisk simmer and add the cabbage. Now turn up the heat and cook, again stirring, until the cabbage is still crunchy and just done - a matter of minutes.

  3. Add salt, lime juice to taste and sprinkle with cilantro/coriander to serve.
