Recipe Ingredients for Special Soup

12 cups of water
300 g lentils
300 g green peas
600 g red kidney beans
1/10 cup olive oil
1/2 can cream of celery (1)
1/2 can cream of chicken (1)
400 g pasta
30 g chicken breast
830 g steak, Top Sirloin, Select
4 garlic cloves (diced)
3/10 onion (diced)
330 g celery (diced)
150 g cabbage (diced)
60 g green pepper (diced)
290 g tomatoes (diced)
10 g ginger

Recipe Directions for Special Soup

  1. Slow cook the lentils and the green peas in the CrockPot with 7 cups of water for 3 hours on high.

  2. Cook pasta al dente.

  3. Boil celery in 1 1/2 cup of water.

  4. Boil cabbage in 1 cup of water.

  5. Blend cabbage, celery and green peppers in food processor, creating a chunky cream.

  6. Cook steak in olive oil, add the garlic and then the onions.

  7. Add the chunky cream, the chicken, both cans of cream of chicken and cream of celery.

  8. Add the tomatoes and the ginger.

  9. Add water as needed.
