2 cups Romaine Lettuce
1 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
1 serving Cucumber, sliced
1 serving Radishes
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
0.33 cup chopped Red Onion
0.13 cup, in shell, edible yield (7 nuts) Walnuts, English
0.13 cup Craisins Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Special Lunch Salad

  1. Chop lettuce.

  2. Chop and mix other veggies and add to lettuce.

  3. Add low cal salad dressing.
