Special Fried Rice Recipe

A quick and easy meal that tastes great and can be accompanied by a vegetable or meat dishes

Recipe Ingredients for special fried rice

3 large spring onion
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 eggs
1 med. red pepper
250 g corn
125 g bean sprouts
200 g pork sausage
200 g ham
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 cup long grain rice

Recipe Directions for special fried rice

  1. cook rice as directed on packet.drain and run cool water over, drain thoroughly then transfer into large bowl.

  2. cook sausages, then slice diagional and add to rice. fluff rice with two forks, mixing in sausages and ham. place in fridge to cool.

  3. heat slightly oiled wok and cook beaten egg. remove and cut into pieces.

  4. add seasame oil and cook raw vegies until soft, add cold cooked rice mix and toss till warm. add corn kernals, egg and the sauces tossing to mix.
