Recipe Ingredients for Special fried rice

1 tbsp smart balance oil
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
3 pork chops
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup egg beaters
2 cups success brown rice
1 cup frozen peas
2 small green onions

Recipe Directions for Special fried rice

  1. spray pan with Pam

  2. season egg beaters with salt and pepper and add to oil and cook for 30 seconds stirring constantly until eggs are scrambled

  3. remove from pan and set aside

  4. heat oil and turn heat up to med high

  5. add pork and onions and cook over high heat for 1 minute or until meat is lightly brown and onion is soft

  6. sprinkle soy sauce and then stir in cooked rice, peas and carrots

  7. lower heat and cook stirring frequently for 3-4 minutes.

  8. Add scrambled egg and cook for a few more seconds to warm
