Recipe Ingredients for Spasagna

8 oz (3 cups) dry whole wheat pasta
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 clove garlic, pressed

Recipe Directions for Spasagna

  1. Cook pasta.

  2. Zap cottage cheese until smooth. Stir in garlic. Mix with pasta. Heat through, stirring constantly.

  3. Top with parmesan cheese and spag sauce when serving.
