Low-fat coleslaw w/ no mayonnaise. Has Brown Sugar, jicama, and garlic.

Recipe Ingredients for SparkPeople Coleslaw w/brown sugar

2 cups green cabbage, shredded
2 cups red cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup jicama, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch strips
1 large red pepper, seeded and chopped
1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tbs splenda brown sugar
3 tbs water
1 1/2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, shopped

Recipe Directions for SparkPeople Coleslaw w/brown sugar

  1. In a small bowl, combine ingredients for dressing. Mix well.

  2. Toss with cabbage mixture in a large bowl and chill for 2 hours before serving.
