Recipe Ingredients for Spanish Tortilla!!!

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 onions
1 garlic clove
500 g potatoes
6 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cheese
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Spanish Tortilla!!!

  1. 1. the evening before heat the olive oil in a large skillet over low heat and add the onions and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes until golden,and then add the coked potatoes and ehat through,

  2. Meanwhile in a large bowl, beat together the eggs and milk, add the cheese and season lightl, Add the potatoes, onion, garlic, to the egg mixture, stir well and return the pan to the heat.

  3. Heat the remaining oilin the poan then return the potato and egg mixture into the pan and cook over a low heat for ten minutes until cooked through. Shake the pan pccasionallyso that the underside doesn't stickto much, Use a wooden spoon to turn over the egg inthe base of the pan to allow the middle to cook though

  4. when the eggs have set, run a spatula underneath the tortilla to loosen it, remove the pan from the heat and puit a plate over the top, Use a pot holder to turn the pan over to turn the tortilla out onto the plate. Slide the tortilla backinto the pan and cook for an additional five mionutes, Turn out onto a plate and allow to cool

  5. Enjoy three slices for dinner and wrap the rest secruely and refrigerate. Use one portion for the lunchbox the next day, and eat the remainer or dinner/ in a lunchbox within three days.
