A delicious chorizo and beans stew, perfect for winter

Recipe Ingredients for Spanish Stew

30 g of olive oil
250 g of chorizo
10 g of garlic
50 g of flour
3 red onions
250 g of chickpeas
250 g of butter beans
250 g of chopped tomatoes
10 g of chicken stock cube
500 ml of water
175 ml of White wine

Recipe Directions for Spanish Stew

  1. use a deep pan or casserolle lit on low/medium fire

  2. splash some olive oil

  3. add chopped garlic, wait one minute

  4. add chopped garlic, make them sweat.

  5. add sliced chorizo, stir for 5 minutes

  6. add flour and stir to make some roux

  7. add white wine, and chopped tomatoes let it simmer for 10 minutes

  8. put the lid on, set the fire on very low and wait one hour.

  9. add the beans, wait for one more hour

  10. Voila ! ready to serve and delicious, even better when reheated
