Recipe Ingredients for Spanish Squash

32 oz 90% Lean Ground Beef, Fresh
16 tbsp Coconut Oil, Refined, Organic
6 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
2 small Onions
2 clove Garlic
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
29 oz Tomatoes
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
8 serving Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Spanish Squash

Brown beef, set aside. Sauté squash, onion, garlic and peppers in oil. Mix into beef and add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer 30 min. stirring occasionally.
