Seafood Paella for the slow cooker

Recipe Ingredients for Spanish Seafood Paella

1 cup long grain rice
2 cups water
2 diced tomatoes
1 diced onion
1 pinch saffron
3 cloves of minced garlic
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp pepper
1/2 lbs salmon fillet
1/2 lbs Shrimp
1/2 lbs scallops
8 oz frozen peas (thawed)

Recipe Directions for Spanish Seafood Paella

Place rice, water, onion, tomato, saffron, garlic, cayenne pepper, and pepper in Crock-pot and mix thoroughly. Cook on high for 2-3 hours. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high. Serve with lemon wedges for garnish.
