A standard spanish salad with a few additions "Nicose"

Recipe Ingredients for Spanish salad with a touch of Nicose

2 cup salad leaves
1 hard boiled egg
180 g potatoes, baby
200 g tuna, canned, in oil
70 g sweetcorn, canned
1 cup grated carrot
1/10 cup olive oil
1/10 cup balsamic vinegar
8 tomatoes, baby

Recipe Directions for Spanish salad with a touch of Nicose

  1. Hard boil egg and boil potatoes until they are cooked but still firm. Drain well.

  2. Peel and chop egg. Chop potatoes if desired.

  3. Add salad leaves to salad bowl and arrange other ingredients. If you like, put a sprinkle of chopped parlsey over the top.

  4. Add Olive oil and balsamic to taste - personally I add very little oil and more balsamic
