Recipe Ingredients for Spanish Rice with Vegetables

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 cup Carrot, chopped
1 cup White Rice
14 1/2 oz. Organic Diced Tomatoes
14 oz. Water

Recipe Directions for Spanish Rice with Vegetables

  1. Melt butter in large skillet.

  2. Sautee bell pepper, carrot, and uncooked rice for 5 minutes.

  3. Add 1 can of diced tomatoes and 1 can of water.

  4. Simmer until fluffy, stirring occasionally.
