Recipe Ingredients for Spanish Rice

1 lb ground turkey
1 cup onion
1 cup celery
1 cup green pepper
48 oz beef broth
2 cups tomatos, with juice
3 cups brown rice, uncooked minute rice
1 tsp cumin
1/2 cup cilantro

Recipe Directions for Spanish Rice

  1. Brown meat.

  2. Saute vegtables with broth until tender.

  3. Combine meat, spices, vegtables, broth and uncooked brown minutes rice.

  4. Pour into 9 X 13 pan, bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
