Delicious and healthy Spanish rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Spanish Rice

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
3 cup Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Spanish Rice

  1. Saute rice over medium heat in olive oil until toasty and brown. Halfway through that process, add onion and garlic.

  2. In a separate pot, bring chicken broth and tomato paste to a low simmer. Once rice is toasty and onion is translucent, add rice mixture to broth. Bring to a boil. Cover with a tight fitting lid and turn burner to low. Let sit on low for 15-17 minutes.
