Recipe Ingredients for Spanish RIce

60 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
130 grams Onions
18 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
70 grams Mushrooms
4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3.75 cup Rice Basmati

Recipe Directions for Spanish RIce

Saute mushrooms, green pepper, onion & ground beef. Add to uncooked rice along w/ tomatoes and water. Cook till rice is done. (about 1/2 hr.)
