Recipe Ingredients for Spanish Rice

1/2 lb turkey bacon
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 green pepper
1 onion
14 oz Creamy Tomato
28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 1/4 cup rice

Recipe Directions for Spanish Rice

  1. 1/2 lb bacon cut up and browned. Remove bacon from pan. Brown 1 1/2 lbs ground beef with 1 chopped green pepper and 1 chopped onion. Add a 14 oz can of tomato soup and a 28 oz can diced tomatoes.

  2. Cook rice (about 1 an 1/4 cup of raw rice) according to directions. Add cookedrice with everything including bacon in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes.
