Recipe Ingredients for Spanish Rice

1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups minute rice
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tbs chili powder
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 medium onion

Recipe Directions for Spanish Rice

  1. Brown beef and onions together.

  2. Add rice, water, tomatoes, and spices. Cook 10 minutes covered or until rice is tender and most of the moisture has evaporated.
