Spanish rice on the cheap! Very mild for the kido's and best of all low in cals & fat.

Recipe Ingredients for Spanish rice

27 oz tomatoes
15 oz tomato sauce
2 cups rice
6 cups water
2/3 cup salsa
15 oz corn
1 cup TVP
1/4 bell pepper
1/4 cup onion

Recipe Directions for Spanish rice

  1. Opps don't forget your spices, about

  2. 1 tsp chille powder

  3. 1 tsp garlic powder

  4. 2 beef bouillon.

  5. Add 2 cups dry rice, tomatoe sauce, onion, bell pepper, bouillon and water to rice cooker. Cook untill done.

  6. Poor cooked rice cooker constants in to large bowl and add remainder of ingredients and mix well. Let stand about ten min and serve.
