Typical spanish rice with some corn and celery added.

Recipe Ingredients for Spanish Rice

1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup celery, diced
1 1/2 cups white basmati rice, uncooked
3 cups chicken broth
14 oz. diced tomatoes, canned
14 oz. corn, canned
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes

Recipe Directions for Spanish Rice

  1. Saute celery in olive oil in sauce pan until softened. Add rice, broth, tomatoes, corn and spices.

  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover with lid.

  3. Let steam for 20 minutes.
